		<description>One that I use nearly on a daily basis is PowerMenu.  It adds a menu to nearly every window to allow you to make it Always On Top, Change Transparency, Minimize to tray and change priority.

I saw you added other related programs to WinDirStat, well if ever you're looking for another lightweight program that does the job there's TreeSize that I've been using for quite a while, it's also been reviewed in &lt;a href="http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,23075-order,1-page,1-c,harddisk/description.html" rel="nofollow"&gt;PC Wold&lt;/a&gt; (which you can also download from there).</description>
