		<description>Congress goes slow, esp. the Senate. They are called deliberative bodies for a reason...they take a long time to do things. Now there is an added twist...everything they do, the executive branch will just say NO, and the judicial branch will go, right, what he said. Congress can't do much in that situation. Take the contempt of congress citations....if issued they are to be carried out by dept. of justice. DOJ has stated they will not. So the DOJ will be in charge of its own contempt of congress.

And the funny thing...executive privilege? Not in the constitution, not mandated by law...it is a privilege given to the president by congress as a courtesy.</description>
